3. Points System & Purchases
Our platform uses a virtual points currency. You purchase points using real money through our payment gateway. These points are then used to enroll in courses and practice papers. Points are non-transferable between accounts.
4. Practice Papers (Consumable Content)
Practice papers are single-use products. Once you complete a practice paper quiz, your enrollment is consumed and access is removed. To retake the same practice paper, you must purchase it again. This is by design to simulate real exam conditions.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on this platform — including questions, explanations, course materials, and design elements — is the intellectual property of practicepapers. You may not reproduce, distribute, or share any content without our written permission.
6. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to: share your account with others; attempt to access content you have not purchased; use automated tools to scrape or download content; or engage in any activity that disrupts the platform’s operation.
7. Limitation of Liability
practicepapers is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the last 12 months.
