Digital Content
All products on practicepapers are digital in nature (courses, practice papers, sample paper sets). Once you enrol in content and access it, the purchase is considered consumed and is generally non-refundable. However, we understand that mistakes happen — please read below for eligible scenarios.
When Refunds Are Available
You may request a refund within 7 days of purchase in the following situations:
- Duplicate purchase — You were accidentally charged twice for the same content.
- Technical issue — The content is inaccessible or broken, and we are unable to resolve the issue within a reasonable timeframe.
- Not as described — The content is materially different from what was advertised.
Refund Methods & Fees
We offer two types of refunds:
1. Wallet Refund (Credit) — No Deduction
If you purchased a course, practice paper, or sample paper set, we can refund the full amount back to your practicepapers wallet as credit. This is processed instantly with no fees or deductions.
2. Money Refund (Back to Payment Method) — 10% Processing Fee
If you wish to receive the refund back to your original payment method (bank account, UPI, card, etc.), a flat 10% processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount. This covers payment gateway charges, applicable taxes, and administrative overhead. For international transactions, additional currency conversion charges may apply as determined by your bank.
Example: If you request a money refund of ₹500, you will receive ₹450 after the 10% processing fee.
Money refunds are processed within 5–10 business days. International card refunds may take longer depending on your bank.
How to Request a Refund
For wallet refunds (credit back to wallet):
- Email us at admin@practicepapers.in or use the Contact Us page.
- Include your registered email address and the name of the course/content you wish to refund.
- We will review and process within 1–2 business days.
For money refunds (back to payment method):
- Email us at admin@practicepapers.in or use the Contact Us page.
- Include the following details:
- Your registered email address
- The Razorpay Payment/Transaction ID (starts with
pay_, found in your payment confirmation email or bank statement) - The amount you wish to refund
- Reason for the refund
- We will verify the transaction and process the refund (minus 10% processing fee) within 5–10 business days.
Tip: After every payment, Razorpay sends a confirmation email with your Payment ID. You can also find the Transaction ID in your bank/UPI app transaction history. Providing this ID helps us locate and process your refund quickly.
Non-Refundable Scenarios
- You have already accessed or completed the content.
- The refund request is made more than 7 days after purchase.
- The content was purchased during a promotional offer or with bonus credits.
- Change of mind after enrollment.
Cancellation
There are no subscriptions or recurring charges to cancel. Each purchase is a one-time transaction. If you wish to stop using the platform, simply do not make further purchases — your existing wallet balance does not expire.
